Two-pole four-contact conductive device
The conductive system consists of a bottom insulating plate, a main conductive plate, and an auxiliary conductive device.
The bottom insulating plate is placed above the electro-winning tank to isolate and insulate the tank from the main conductive plate, while supporting the main plate.
The main conductive plate sits above the insulating plate, forming the main current circuit with cathode, anode plates, and copper busbars. It overlaps the cathode and anode plates on both sides between tanks, and at tank edges, one side connects to the plates while the other links to the copper busbar via a busbar lead. Its solid boss structure enhances load capacity, ensuring long service life.
The auxiliary conductive device is above the main plate, isolating and insulating one end of the cathode and anode plates from the main plate, supporting them to form an auxiliary current circuit that balances current. Its slot structure limits the insulating block’s position, easing plate alignment and preventing conductive bar short circuits.
- High-efficiency and stable conductivity
- Modular quick-disassembly design
- Double protection

Two-electrode Four-contact
Developed successfully in 2001 and patented. Certified as a provincial new product in 2012, it effectively prevents quality issues caused by poor conductivity and ensures more uniform current distribution.
Advantages:
Balances current distribution within the tank, reducing short circuits and cold burns.
Produces copper plates with uniform thickness, enhancing product quality.
Improves current efficiency.
