main function
The anode shaping line uses automation to perform complex processes, ensuring each plate meets industry quality standards. Key functions include:
Flattening
Anode plates may warp during casting, affecting electrolysis stability. The shaping line uses flattening devices to precisely level ears and surfaces, ensuring required flatness and optimizing electrolysis. The shaping line features an advanced weighing system for precise plate weight measurement. Real-time monitoring ensures plates meet electrolysis weight standards, supporting production scheduling and process control.
Thickness control ensures stable electrolysis. The system measures plate thickness in real time, comparing it to set values for uniformity and compliance.
Ear milling (side and bottom) removes casting burrs and irregularities, ensuring precise, smooth anode ears to prevent uneven current during electrolysis.
Row spacing output
Pitch output auto-adjusts plate spacing per electrolytic cell layout. Precise control ensures optimal plate positioning, improving heat distribution, gas emission, and energy efficiency.Waste output
The system auto-detects and removes defective plates via a scrap output, ensuring only quality anodes enter the electrolytic cell, preventing waste and defects.
